Buffet Crampon Tradition Bb Clarinet (First Gen. -- Professionally-used)
 
This beautiful Buffet Tradition clarinet is selling on consignment in my shop. No cracks or repaired cracks, and it was bought new only 3 years ago. When purchased new, it received Lohff and Pfeiffer's upgrades, including a custom metal tenon sleeve (for the middle joint, which helps enhance the durability of this joint and adds some ring and power to the sound) and their voicing upgrades. It also features the left-hand Eb/Ab key. This clarinet features cork pads on the upper joint and leather pads on the lower joint.
 
As previously mentioned, this instrument is being sold on consignment for one of my colleagues. It's his main instrument as a college clarinet professor, player in many professional orchestras, and as a soloist. I've actually performed in a professional orchestra next to this very instrument, and I can attest that it has a deep, projecting sound with lots of warmth. It's easy to blend with and simply has a wonderful sound.
